There is no cost to become a participating facility of the Caps for Kids program network. The facility designates a person to supervise the program and agrees to abide by and adhere to Caps for Kids policies. The specific requirements are simple and straightforward:
1. The facility will provide suitable, secure space for the storage and/or display of the caps and utilize an inventory control system. 2. The facility will give the caps solely to eligible children (as defined by the CFK Board and Hospital Program Administration) at no expense to the recipient or his or her family. 3. The facility agrees to transfer or exchange caps in its inventory to or with other participating facilities upon request.
