Timothy from Utah loves everything Star Wars—the movies, books, video games, toys, everything. His favorite character is Luke Skywalker, and the Caps for Kids team was determined to contact Mark Hamill and make it happen. For us it was, in the words of Yoda, a case of “Do or do not, there is no try.”

For most kids, the cap signed by their hero is something fun to wear during and after treatment as a reminder that they matter and people care. But when your cap is signed by a Jedi knight, the cap can be an even bigger boost. According to his mother, “Timothy is feeling the Jedi power in his signed cap from Mark Hamill.”
